Your orders will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 1 business day (Monday-Friday) after the bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to Bursa, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-4 days. Delivery times for special production products vary according to the manufacturing time. In case of a problem caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.

Official holidays and force majeure are not covered. If any of the products you have selected are not available in stock, your customer representative will contact you by phone. It allows multiple users to shop at the same time. In rare cases, the consumer may purchase the same product and the product is out of stock. In this case, if the product, which was paid for online, is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (four) and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the consumer within these dates, the payment made is returned to the consumer.
